Your order often ships same day, but can take up to 1-2 business days depending on demand.
Orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days of purchase.
- Shipping Methods
We currently only offer one shipping method which combines FedEx and UPS ground with the USPS to deliver your bath bombs as soon as possible!
- Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. No one wants to receive a second hand bath bomb! Refunds and replacements are only considered for damage that occurred during shipping.
Were your products damaged during shipping? Eeek! We're sorry about that. We take special care to carefully back each bath bomb and have tested our packages through very rough handling. Please contact our customer service department within 3 days of receiving your product. Our customer support team will require you to send pictures of the damaged product and box so that we can replace your product.
We do not refund any shipping charges nor do we cover the cost of return shipping.
If you believe there is a billing error with your order please contact our customer service team immediately. After 30 days of your order you are deemed to have released our company from all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that is not reported to us within thirty (30) days of its appearance on your credit card account statement. This includes any resolutions from inquiries made by your card issuer.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to the return address on your package.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address on your package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
